Who We Are

Sköll-Hati was born from our founder’s personal experience. During challenging times, martial arts became a source of strength, focus, and connection. This brand is built on that same philosophy – helping individuals and teams develop the mindset and habits needed to perform at their best, both inside and outside the gym.

Our Inspiration

The name Sköll-Hati comes from Norse mythology, representing two legendary wolves who chase the sun and moon with relentless pursuit. Their story embodies perseverance, determination, and the consistent drive to move forward – values that are at the core of our brand.

What We Do

We create products and content that unite martial arts, mental wellbeing, and performance.

Our boxing hand wraps – available through our Amazon store – are designed for quality, comfort, and durability.

Through our YouTube series Striking Balance, we have open conversations about mental health, personal development and the role martial arts can play in supporting overall wellbeing. By sharing real experiences, we hope to inspire and support others navigating their own challenges.

We also deliver structured wellbeing and performance workshops in partnership with professional training facilities and coaches, introducing corporate teams and professionals to the physical and mental benefits of martial arts in a safe environment suitable for beginners.
